ABYA seeks to train 1M+ blockchain youth ambassadors to catalyze the adoption of blockchain, web3 and cryptocurrency in Africa. It is a Pan-African initiative created to promote literacy and adoption of blockchain, web3 and cryptocurrency in Africa through awareness, knowledge, skills and application among university students.

What I do at ABYA
I develop strategy (ies); operational policies and procedures that enhance ABYA’s operational effectiveness, monitor implementation of the organization’s strategy/ies; compliance with policies, systems and procedures; rules and regulations to harness the synergy necessary for “delivering” at an
optimal level of excellence.
I also develop the knowledge base, expertise and skills (research; organizational learning; knowledge management and other capacity building initiatives. Promote an organizational work culture of performing for results keeping abreast of new developments, share and disseminate to ensure that ABYA stays competitive whilst promote continuous learning.

What I do
As Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, I provide leadership company wide and make high-level decisions about policy and strategy, develop and implement operational policies and a strategic plan. Dr. Rowa acts as the primary spokesperson for the company and oversees its fiscal activity building alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
A professional body for the international affairs and diplomacy providing, tackling global issues through diplomacy, a forum/platform for exchange of ideas, networking and programmatic initiatives. Being a hub for the international relations and diplomacy professionals, IRSK develops expertise in understanding global issues. Established in March 2020 and registered by the Registrar of Societies, the body is a policy-neutral platform that works to connect, educate and promote the international relations and diplomatic field in Kenya bringing their work to a wide audience of peers, learners, partners and other stakeholders.
It connects the IRSK community supporting membership to fulfilling their ambitions, improving the links and information exchange between members. FOSTERING policy dialogues, robust research and engaging in discourse with various actors at all levels.
What I do….
Exploring Solutions to Salient Local Diplomacy Challenges through production of a Speaker Series, thought provoking discussions with distinguished speakers locally and abroad. These are drawn from experts, diplomats, the Academia, civil society, government and NGOs. I design the programme to stimulate public debate with media coverage to inform policy.
Set to catalyze the international community to work in partnership and contribute to resolving challenges, I serve as an intellectual anchor for the work of the Society, serving as a mechanism to channel current thinking, research and policy-making in critical global issues. This covers latest international developments, their implications and fixes key objective being to stimulate wider public debate for action.
